It can process cylindrical shells, square tubes, flat steel plates and conical components.

The automatic plasma welding machine adopts fully automatic CNC control and dual-axis welding to ensure high welding accuracy. The program supports multiple welding processes, including submerged arc welding, high-frequency welding and plasma welding. It can perform fully automatic welding of circumferential and longitudinal seams, producing high-quality welds with no slag inclusion, no porosity and no undercut. It is suitable for large-diameter industrial round and square pipes, atmospheric pressure vessels, tanks and other equipment.
