Wuxi Xinchangyuan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is equipped with two automatic welding machines featuring dual-torch heads. Each machine integrates a Hypertherm plasma welding torch and a Panasonic TIG welding torch, enabling efficient and stable welding for stainless steel environmental protection and chemical process equipment.

The welding system supports plate thicknesses from 3 to 20 mm, with a maximum workpiece length of 12.5 m and a working height of 4.8 m. It is capable of single-pass penetration welding, and the non-destructive testing pass rate reaches 90%. The equipment can process cylindrical shells, square tubes, flat steel plates, and conical components, making it well suited for the fabrication of WESP modules, chemical storage tanks, reactors, desulfurization towers, spray towers, and other customized stainless steel equipment.
