On-site Installation: WESP with 30 Stainless Steel Anode Tube Modules in Lu’an

Wuxi Xinchangyuan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently undertook the on-site installation of a wet electrostatic precipitator in Lu’an, where 30 stainless steel anode tube modules were assembled and installed. The project reflects the company’s capability in manufacturing, transporting and installing stainless steel WESP modules for industrial flue gas purification.

A wet electrostatic precipitator mainly consists of a shell, anode device, cathode device, insulation device, flushing system and constant-current high-voltage generator. The equipment is available in vertical and horizontal structures, while the shell can be designed in circular or square forms according to site conditions and process requirements. This flexibility allows the WESP system to be installed above existing process equipment or as an independent unit.

The stainless steel anode tube modules are key components of the WESP system. They are used together with the cathode system and flushing system to remove fine particles, acid mist, droplets and aerosols from wet flue gas. On-site assembly of anode tube modules requires accurate positioning, stable module connection and careful alignment to ensure uniform spacing and reliable electrical conductivity.
