Product Overview

Our wet electrostatic precipitator for the textile printing and dyeing industry is a customized WESP system designed for stenter exhaust, drying exhaust, heat-setting exhaust and related process flue gas. It can be used after oil mist separators, spray towers, heat recovery units or filtration systems to perform deep purification of wet exhaust gas. The system effectively removes oil mist, acid mist, fine particulate matter, PM2.5, water droplets, aerosols and visible plume, helping textile printing and dyeing plants improve exhaust cleanliness and meet stricter emission requirements.

The equipment adopts high-voltage electrostatic adsorption combined with wet flushing. Oil mist, acid mist and fine particles are charged in the electric field, captured on the collecting electrode surface, and then washed away by circulating water. This wet cleaning method avoids dry ash accumulation and reduces the risk of secondary pollution, making it especially suitable for humid, oily and corrosive exhaust conditions commonly found in stenter and heat-setting processes.

How It Works

• Gas ionization and particle charging: High-voltage DC power generates a strong electric field between the anode tubes and cathode wires, causing gas ionization and particle charging.

• Oil mist and particulate collection: Charged oil mist, acid mist, droplets and fine particles migrate to the collecting electrode and are captured on the electrode surface.

• Wet flushing cleaning: The flushing system forms a continuous water film to wash captured pollutants into the drain, preventing oil residue buildup and secondary emission.

• Deep polishing after pretreatment: When arranged after an oil mist filter, spray tower or heat recovery system, the WESP further removes residual fine particles, mist droplets and aerosols from wet exhaust gas.
