Our wet electrostatic precipitator for brick plants is designed to treat flue gas from tunnel kilns, rotary kilns, drying kilns and related brick production lines. It can be used as a deep purification device after desulfurization or dust removal systems to remove fine particulate matter, acid mist, water droplets, aerosols and PM2.5 from wet flue gas, helping brick plants meet strict particulate emission limits such as 10 mg/m³ or 5 mg/m³.
Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) for Brick Plants
Our wet electrostatic precipitator for brick plants is a customized WESP system designed for tunnel kilns, rotary kilns, drying kilns and other brick production lines. It is typically installed after cyclone dust collectors, bag filters, spray towers or desulfurization systems to perform deep purification of wet flue gas. The system can effectively remove fine particulate matter, PM2.5, acid mist, water droplets, aerosols and visible plume, helping brick plants achieve stricter particulate emission limits such as 10 mg/m³ or 5 mg/m³.
The equipment adopts high-voltage electrostatic adsorption combined with wet flushing. Dust and mist particles are charged in the electric field, captured on the collecting electrode surface, and then washed away by circulating water. This wet cleaning method avoids mechanical rapping and reduces the risk of secondary dust emission, making it especially suitable for high-humidity and high-viscosity flue gas from brick kilns.
Gas ionization and particle charging: High-voltage DC power generates a strong electric field between the anode tubes and cathode wires, causing gas ionization and particle charging.
Electrostatic collection: Charged dust, acid mist and droplets migrate to the collecting electrode and are captured on the electrode surface.
Wet flushing cleaning: The flushing system forms a continuous water film to wash captured pollutants into the drain, preventing dry ash accumulation and secondary dust.
Deep purification after desulfurization: When arranged after a desulfurization tower or spray tower, the WESP further removes residual fine particles, mist droplets and aerosols from saturated wet flue gas.
High removal efficiency for fine particles: effectively captures PM2.5, submicron particles, acid mist, droplets and aerosols from brick kiln flue gas.
No secondary dust emission: wet flushing replaces mechanical rapping, improving outlet cleanliness and operational stability.
Strong adaptability to brick plant flue gas: suitable for tunnel kiln and rotary kiln exhaust with high moisture, sticky dust and fluctuating working conditions.
Stainless steel anode tube modules: anode modules, shell and internal components can be made from stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials according to flue gas properties.
Flexible structural layout: available in vertical or horizontal type, with circular or square shell, and can be integrated with existing desulfurization and dust removal systems.
Customized engineering supply: configured according to actual air volume, temperature, humidity, dust load and emission requirements.
