Product Overview

Our wet electrostatic precipitator for lithium battery plants is a customized WESP system designed for lithium battery material production lines. It can be applied to cathode material calcining and sintering exhaust, roasting furnace flue gas, precursor drying exhaust, coating and drying sections, and downstream wet flue gas after scrubbing, absorption or desulfurization systems. The equipment is typically installed after cyclone separators, spray towers, absorption towers, bag filters or other pretreatment units to perform terminal deep purification of wet process exhaust. The equipment adopts high-voltage electrostatic adsorption combined with wet flushing. How It Works

• Gas ionization and particle charging: High-voltage DC power generates a strong electric field between the anode tubes and cathode wires, causing gas ionization and particle charging.

• Fine particle and mist collection: Charged lithium salt dust, fluoride mist, acid mist, PM2.5, tar mist, droplets and aerosols migrate to the collecting electrode and are captured on the electrode surface.

• Wet flushing cleaning: The flushing system forms a continuous water film to wash captured pollutants into the drain, preventing salt accumulation, tar adhesion and secondary dust.

• Deep polishing after pretreatment: When arranged after a spray tower, absorption tower, scrubber, bag filter or desulfurization system, the WESP further removes residual fine particles, mist droplets and aerosols from wet lithium battery plant exhaust.
