Product Overview

Our wet electrostatic precipitator for brick plants is a customized WESP system designed for tunnel kiln, rotary kiln, brick kiln and brickworks flue gas treatment. It can be applied to sintering and roasting exhaust, drying section exhaust, raw material processing flue gas, and downstream wet flue gas after cyclone separators, bag filters, spray towers, scrubbers or wet desulfurization systems. The equipment is typically installed after primary dust removal or wet treatment units to perform terminal deep purification of wet process exhaust. It helps brick plants control PM2.5, acid mist, fluoride mist, SO₃ mist, water droplets, aerosols and visible plume, supporting stricter emission compliance and cleaner production.

The equipment adopts high-voltage electrostatic adsorption combined with wet flushing. Fine particles, acid mist and aerosols are charged in the electric field, captured on the collecting electrode surface, and then washed away by circulating water. This wet cleaning method avoids mechanical rapping and reduces the risk of secondary dust emission, making it especially suitable for high-humidity, corrosive and sticky exhaust conditions commonly found in brick kiln and tunnel kiln processes.

How It Works

• Gas ionization and particle charging: High-voltage DC power generates a strong electric field between the anode tubes and cathode wires, causing gas ionization and particle charging.

• Fine particle and mist collection: Charged PM2.5, acid mist, fluoride mist, SO₃ mist, droplets and aerosols migrate to the collecting electrode and are captured on the electrode surface.

• Wet flushing cleaning: The flushing system forms a continuous water film to wash captured pollutants into the drain, preventing salt accumulation, tar adhesion and secondary dust.

• Deep polishing after pretreatment: When arranged after a cyclone separator, bag filter, spray tower, scrubber or desulfurization system, the WESP further removes residual fine particles, mist droplets and aerosols from wet brick plant exhaust.
